Goat Work

EMOM 12:

Choose two movements that you would like to work on.

-Odd minutes: Movement 1

-Even minutes: Movement 2

*Reps dependent on movement
*Goal is quality not quantity

:20 work/:10 rest for 8 intervals

Athlete will do all 8 intervals of one movement before moving on to the next movement but may choose the order they’d like to perform the movements in.  One minute rest between movements.  Score is total reps and calories for all exercises.

Push Press (95/65)
Air Squats
