With a partner:


15 DB Box Step Overs (50/35s- two DBs) (24/20)

30 Goblet Squats (50/35, one DB)

*While one person is working through DB work, the other is biking for calories. One person works through a full round of 15 & 30 before switching with partner on the bike.  The workout continues in this format until time expires.  Score is total reps + total calories on the bike combined.
