With a Partner:

50 Power Cleans (135/95)
100 Burpees
200 Wall Balls (20/14 to 10′)

At some point during the workout you must also complete:
2000m Row
100 Cal Bike

-One person working at a time.
-Partners must do 50-100-200 in that order, but may do the row and bike whenever they’d like (but once you start you must finish).
