WOD

With a partner complete the following (don’t worry if you don’t have a partner, we’ll get you one).  Only one person may work at a time.  You may go in any order, but once you begin a movement you must complete all reps.

100 KB Swings (55/35)

100 Back Squats (95/65)

100 Shoulder to Overhead (95/65)

100 Burpee Box Jumps (20″)

100 Wall Balls (20/14 to 10′)

100 Partner MB Sit Ups (choose a MB that works for both people)
