Bridget circa 2012…. when 155lb was super heavy for her and almost her 1RM. She’s put over 100lb on her back squat since then- all through hard work and consistency. There is no magic pill, and success doesn’t come overnight. Keep putting in smart, hard work and have fun training- that’s the key!
