Progressing in Wendler:
We are beginning the second cycle of Wendler.  You will increase your upper body lifts by 5lb and your lower body lifts by 10lb.  These increases are to the max that you’re basing your percentages on (take 90% of your 1rm and add 5 or 10lb).  You are not increasing the weight for each set.
