Did you know that we now have open gym Monday-Friday from 11:00am-12:30pm?  This is a chance to do the workout of the day, work on skills, etc.  It’s also an opportunity to work on your mobility! CrossFit Hyannis has a ROMWOD account, which you have access to when you are at the gym.  ROMWOD is a daily online yin stretching routine for athletes based on Kung Fu techniques that strengthen and open joints helping to optimize range of motion, boost performance, and improve recovery.  There are hundreds of routines available ranging from 20-40 minutes- you can do the ROMWOD of the day or sort and find routines by goal, the time you have available, or the part of the body you want to focus on.  So come on in and give it a try!
