Hero WODs- January 2nd

CrossFit Hero WODs

The CrossFit Hero WODs are named after men and women who have given their lives in the line of duty. The CrossFit community honors and remembers these Heroes by naming and dedicating these workouts to them. The workouts are meant to be done with an intense effort in honor of our fallen Heroes. Whether you do the workout as prescribed or scale/modify the workout, what’s important is that we honor theses Heroes with our best effort. We are so fortunate to be able to do CrossFit and experience all that life has to offer. Although the workouts are difficult, never forget how blessed you are to be able to participate in them. We honor our fallen Hero’s with our perseverance, indomitable spirit, and unceasing effort.

Today we will be doing the Hero WOD “Wiitman.”
