“How Bad Do You Want It”

AMRAP 15

400m Run

Max Push Jerks (135/95)

Score is total reps.  After each 400m run the athlete will have one attempt at max push jerks.  Once the athlete drops the bar, they will complete another 400m run.

DON’T FORGET- This Saturday at 11:00am is the Battle of the Box Competition.  It’s not too late to participate; all are welcome to compete or just come cheer everyone on!  There will be three individual WODs, bonus WODs for teams, individual winners, and an overall team winner- Wolf Pack (AM classes) or Cobra Kai (PM classes).

2 Rounds, 1 Minute at Each Station

-Burpee Hurdles (Lower height for scaled)
