Some Kaizen Paleo Challenge Notes:

-“Helen” is the final benchmark WOD for the Paleo Challenge.  If you did not do your deadlift 1RM or 1000m row please try to get that done by Saturday!

-You will use the same weight for KB swings and the same band (if you used one) that you did at the beginning of the challenge so we can get the most accurate representation of your improvement.

-Today is the official last day of the Challenge, so the final points are due in tomorrow (Friday).  Please indicate on your sheet if you reached your month long goal.

-Final weigh will be done Friday, unless you know you won’t be here Friday we can do it on Thursday (this should be done before the WOD).

-AMAZING JOB to all those who participated.  It’s been mind-blowing to see people’s progress in the gym.  Keep up the great work!
