Strength

“Push Press Hell”

3×3 Reps with :30 hold (with bar overhead) between all sets (including after last set before racking wt) at 50-60-70% of 1RM

-Do three reps then hold overhead for :30, do 3 reps then hold overhead for :30, do 3 reps then hold overhead for :30.  Rack weight and increase load for next two sets.

AMRAP 18

Row 1500m

In time remaining complete as many rounds of:

10 Burpees

20 Situps

30 Double Unders
