“The man who can drive himself further once the effort gets painful is the man who will win.” – Roger Bannister

There was a time when no one thought anyone could run a four minute mile.  Roger Bannister believed overtraining to be a myth and that by pushing himself and training harder than anyone else he could do it.  Of course in 1954 Bannister crushed the myth of the “scientifically impossible” four minute mile.  The following year, a few dozen athletes broke the barrier.

CrossFit isn’t meant to be comfortable.  Push yourself and don’t be afraid to see where your drive can take you.  Impossible is nothing.

When was the last time you truly tested your limits?
