It’s a Lifelong Journey…

We all know that hard work breeds results- but it’s important to remember that we have to do things in the proper order.  In CrossFit we do so many movements- there are bound to be some you love and some you don’t love so much (yet).  Take the time to learn how to do the movements perfectly, and ask your coach if you have any additional questions.  Often times doing it right means using less weight, doing less reps, and/or slowing down.  It’s easy to get lost in going prescribed or keeping up with your buddies- but never lose sight of our ultimate goal: to be a fitter, healthier, happier human being.  Always be working on mobility, making sure you are properly hydrated and consuming the right foods, and doing things right.  Know your body- what works for you and what doesn’t.  We’re here to help you every step of the way and are grateful to be part of your journey!

Spring Paleo Challenge

We will be starting a 30 day Paleo Challenge on May 1st.  This will be a great opportunity to dial in your nutrition, hydration, training, and life as we head in to the summer months.  More details to follow.

CONSISTENCY!

Shout out to Sandy for being our first member to log 200 WODs since we’ve started using SocialWOD (this includes strength WODs).  Jeremy and Katie C. are right behind her with 199 and 197 WODs logged.  Way to be consistent!
