Back Squat

Work up to a max triple (3-4 work sets)

Then:

Front Squats

4×5

@ 70%/73%/77%/80% of what you worked up to for back squat

WOD

4 Rounds

AMRAP 3

3 Power Cleans (185/115)

5 Bar Facing Burpees

10 Pull Ups

*1 Minute Rest Between Rounds

Suns out guns out logoOur competition is THIS Saturday, August 22nd.  There will be no open gym on Saturday.  If you are competing, be on the lookout on our Facebook event page for info regarding the day of.  If you aren’t- come on by to cheer everyone on!  There will be 49 teams from across New England throwing down, and it’s going to be a great day!  First heat will go off around 9:00 and finals should be done around 4:00.
