Part Two:


10 Burpees

15 KBS (55/35)

20 Walking Lunges


We will run our normal schedule today, but members are welcome to bring a guest to class free of charge to see the gym and participate in a class. This is a great chance to show your friends what you do, and encourage your friends who have been on the fence to come in and check it out!
