CFHY In House Throwdown 2016

Join us for an in house competition- come throw down and compete with/against other members of the CrossFit Hyannis community!

This event is for all interested members of CrossFit Hyannis no matter your skill level; all WODs can be scaled so they are appropriate for you.

This will be a two-team competition (you will be placed on a team), composed of both workouts for individuals in which your score goes toward your team total and “head to head” mini WODs where certain members of each team go head to head against each other in order to earn points for their team.

Sign up at the gym if you would like to compete.  Teams will be made by Team Captains Bridget and Katie.  You must sign up by Friday, January 29th in order to compete.  Teams will be announced by February 1st.
