*This workout is being done for former Games athlete and Co-Founder of Faith RXD, Becky Conzelman.  Late Tuesday night she had a bad headache, vomited, and immediately went to the hospital by ambulance in Naples, FL where she was on a girls trip with her daughter. Doctors found an aneurysm bled into her brain and had to conduct surgery for several hours.

From the Coach who wrote the workout: “I want her to know that there is a huge community of people who care about her and the impressions she’s made in a lot of our hearts. I know mine especially. I’m hoping if we fight and push hard enough she will feel us, she deserves as much support as I can possibly work up.”⁣⁣

An update from Faith RXD Thursday afternoon: “The miracle continues! God is so good and Becky is making dramatic improvements that even has her neurosurgeon and nurses impressed. This morning the breathing tube was removed and Becky is doing a great job of breathing on her own. She has periods of wakefulness and sleepiness but when she’s awake, she moves her arms, scratches her nose and is making some great Becky-like facial expressions. She’s even been able to eat some applesauce! One of her nurses shared that she’s never seen someone this responsive within 24 hours.⁣

Becky is not talking yet as this will be a long road of recovery and she still has a lot of blood in her brain. ⁣

Please pray that Becky would not have any vasospasm in her recovery. She is at very high risk for this complication because the blood in her brain can irritate her cerebral arteries and cause them to spasm. The next 10 days are critical that we pray against vasospasm. “

A note from Katie: Life can change in an instant, enjoy the many blessings of your daily life and remember to be grateful for your health and all the good things in your life!!!
