“Jackie” is one of CrossFit’s “Girl” workouts and acts as a good benchmark for us.  It’s meant to be done hard and fast, while being smart in managing the row.  This may fit into the category of workouts that when you look at it you think “oh, that doesn’t seem bad.”  Perhaps you’ll find that to be true… why don’t you come try it and find out?
