NEXT MONDAY: Memorial Day Murph!!!

Our second annual Memorial Day Murph WOD/BBQ is next Monday, May 27th at 10:00am.  This is a great way to kick off the summer, enjoy the CFHY community, get a workout in, and most importantly honor a hero.  Check out the Murph: The Protector website for more information about Lt. Michael P. Murphy.  Everyone is encouraged to come, and of course this workout can be scaled!!!  If you are able please bring a side or dessert (paleo… or not).
