Strength

MisFit Clean Complex (Every 2 Minutes for 12 minutes, perform 1 complex)

All Unbroken:
Power Clean – Push Jerk – Front Squat – Hang Squat Clean – Split Jerk

WOD

20 Push Jerks (135/95)

Then:

10 to 1

Power Cleans (135/95)

T2B

Then:

10 Snatches (135/95)

The first announced workout for The CFHY Challenger In House Competition is….

“Misfit Max”

12 minutes to establish max MisFit Complex:

1 Power Clean- 1 Shoulder to Overhead- 1 Front Squat- 1 Hang Squat Clean- 1 Shoulder to Overhead

-Each athlete will find their max of the complex above.  Teams will have two bars to work with, but only one athlete may be lifting at a time.  The complex must be done unbroken.  Score is total combined max lifts of all 4 athletes.  

If you would like to participate please sign up by this Wednesday! Teams will be put together by Friday.

Remember this is a FUN competition for a GREAT cause- all levels are welcome, and we hope you participate! Registration is $25 per person and ALL money taken in will go to The Cape Cod Challenger Club (payment can be given to Katie or Bridget up to the event).
