For Time:

1000 Burpees

APRIL FOOL’S!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  The real workout today:

Strength

Deadlift

3-3-3

WOD

30 Wall Balls

Then:

3 Rounds

10 Deadlifts (225/155)

50 Double Unders

Then:

30 Wallballs

 

To celebrate the final Open WOD, we will be running evening classes a little differently this Friday, April 5th.  Instead of having a 4:30, 5:30, and 6:30 class we will start running heats of the final Open workout a little after 4:30 and we will shoot to have the final heat go around 6:30.  Come do the WOD and stay to cheer everyone on!  If you come in the morning you are of course welcome to come cheer on the afternoon crew!  After everyone has completed 13.5 we will be having a potluck/BBQ to celebrate everyone’s accomplishments… and just have some fun on a Friday night!  BYOM- bring your own meat (or side).
