We will be open from 9-noon on Labor Day with an open gym.  Come in, workout and have some fun!

Next Tuesday, September 3rd, we will be doing the Hotshots workout in all of our regularly scheduled classes.  My hope is that all of our members will make an effort to get to the gym on this day to do the workout and show our support.

This workout is in honor of the nineteen members of the Granite Mountain Hotshots firefighting team that tragically lost their lives on June 30, 2013 while fighting a fire in Yarnell, AZ. If you would like to make a donation to support the families of the lost heroes you can on the Hotshots Website. Your support will be collected by the CrossFit Kids Foundation where 100% of the donations will be distributed to the families.

The workout is:

“Hotshots 19″

  • Six rounds for time of:
  • 30 Squats
  • 135 pound Power clean, 19 reps
  • 7 Strict Pull-ups
  • Run 400 meters
