3-4 sets working to a heavy triple, then

Back Squat

3×5 working up to whatever weight you front squatted for a triple today for 5 reps (3 sets total)- (So think what your end set will be and work backward.  For example if your heaviest triple front squat was 195, your back squat sets would look like: 5×175, 5x 185, 5×195)
