Paleo Challenge- the end is upon us, great job to everyone who participated!  For those in the paleo challenge we will be taking final measurements today and Friday.  If you can’t get to the gym at those times, please try to get here this weekend during open gym to do measurements.  The challenge ends Friday- please make sure you get in your final points sheets and food journals by Sunday at the latest.

As we do final weigh-ins (and those who aren’t doing the challenge) this video is a great reminder about the strength and beauty of all CrossFitters.  The young woman in this video, Haley Byrnes, was a competitor at Regionals- she has a 3:46 Fran time, does Grace in 1:39, clean and jerks over 200 pounds, squats 300 pounds, and is just a general badass.  We were all gifted with different bodies, CrossFit is about helping you to find your strength and be the best version of YOU.
