Athletes can break up the exercises and REPS in any order they choose.

12 Minute Time Cap

Due to the Camp Games there will be no evening classes (4:30, 5:30, 6:30) on Friday and no open gym this weekend.  Can’t wait- hope to see everyone at Camp Wingate Kirkland this weekend either competing, judging, or cheering!
