Squat Cleans (135/95)

200m Run After each round.

The first round complete four rounds of Cindy, do 8 squat cleans, then do a 200m run.  Second round is 3 rounds of Cindy, 6 squat cleans, and a 200m run.  Continue on in this pattern, the workout ends with a 200m run.

The Lurong Paleo Challenge begins today!!! We will be doing measurements in the gym before or after class- there will be a computer there so you can put your measurements in right away so make sure you know your log in information. We will be doing the three benchmark workouts this week in our regular classes on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. If you are not able to do them during class please make sure to get them done during open gym or arrange with Katie to do them at a different time.
