Part One:

Lurong Challenge WOD:

“Jump and Swing”

50 KBS (70/53)

50 Box Jumps (30/24)

Athletes may break up the repetitions and movement sequence as desired.

Time Cap: 10 Minutes

Lurong Scaling Options:
Level II: KBS (53/35), Box Jumps (24/20- step ups permitted)

Level I: Russian KBS (35/20), Box Jumps (20/16- step ups permitted)

Part Two:

“Death By 10 Meter”
Minute 1: Run 10 Meters
Minute 2: Run 20 Meters
Minute 3: Run 30 Meters
Minute 4: Run 40 Meters…

Continue to increase distance by 10 meters every minute.  Your score will be the highest minute you completed in the first round plus additional meters in your final minute.
