Join us on Monday for CFHY’s Third Annual Memorial Day Murph!  We hope to have ALL of our members join us for the workout and BBQ- this will be the only class of the day.  It is our kickoff to summer and a great way to come together as a community, honor a hero, get a good workout in, and have some fun!  It is not a competition, and can be scaled to whatever level you are at.

The workout will begin at 10:00am with a BBQ to follow.  If possible, bring a side to share.  Family and friends are welcome!

Ways to scale include: doing “Half Murph,” breaking the workout into rounds, or doing it as a partner workout!
