Memorial Day Murph on Monday!

This year marks the sixth year that CrossFit Hyannis will be doing the workout “Murph” on Memorial Day!   “Murph” is a workout named after Lt. Michael Murphy and is a great way to come together as a community to honor a fallen hero.

On Memorial Day (Monday, May 29th) we will have only one class at 9:30am where we will do the workout Murph with a BBQ after.  Please bring a side to share if you can!

Please don’t be intimidated by the workout!  Although it is challenging, it can be scaled in multiple ways, including: done with a partner (splitting reps), breaking it into rounds, doing half Murph- or any way you feel comfortable!  This is a way to honor a hero- scale the workout so it’s appropriately challenging for you (if you’re not sure, ask a coach).
