We will be running one class today at 9:00am with a BBQ to follow.  If you can bring a side please do!  Hope to see everyone at the gym!



This workout can be scaled in multiple ways, including: done with a partner (splitting reps), breaking it into rounds, doing half Murph- or any way you feel comfortable!  This is a way to honor a hero- scale the workout so it’s appropriately challenging for you (if you’re not sure, ask a coach).
