On Memorial Day (Monday) we will have only one class at 9:30am where we will do the workout Murph with a BBQ after.  Please bring a side to share if you can!


1 Mile Run

100 Pull Ups

200 Push Ups

300 Air Squats

1 Mile Run

Please don’t be intimidated by the workout!  Although it is challenging, it can be scaled in multiple ways, including: done with a partner (splitting reps), breaking it into rounds, doing half Murph- or any way you feel comfortable!  This is a way to honor a hero- scale the workout so it’s appropriately challenging for you (if you’re not sure, ask a coach).
