A “GOAT” is a movement you dislike or fear, you hope won’t be in a WOD, and perhaps you’ve even cherry picked (not that you would ever do that…)

Pick two or three “goats” and put them in a 7 minute AMRAP.  Based on the movements you choose, you will pick your rep scheme (with help from a coach if needed).

Know your goats. Attack them.
