DB OH Squats – RIGHT arm (50/30)

9-7-5 Pull Ups

(So you do 21 DB OHS left arm, 9 pull ups, 21 DB OHS right arm, 9 pull ups, 15 DB OHS left arm, etc.)

 

The official final day of the Fulfill Your Potential Nutrition Challenge is tomorrow- but final weigh-ins can be done Monday or Tuesday.

It’s important to remember that even though we’re using the terms “end” and “final”- this is really just the beginning! Hopefully you’ve committed to the process and are feeling great- now we build on that as we keep going forward!
