One Month Anniversary!

We’ve officially been open for one month- thanks for a great start!  Come out to the BBC this Saturday at 7:00 to celebrate!  Don’t forget to check out the “Events” section for details on the Paleo Challenge.  For anyone interested we will start measurements today and you have until Sunday at noon to get them done.


Part 1:

3 Rounds

10 Overhead Squats (135/95)

20 Burpees

The overhead squats are meant to be a challenging weight, but a weight that you can manage with good form and depth.

Part 2:

With a partner complete 30 down and backs (run) with a sandbag.  While one partner is running, the other has the choice of either a plank hold or a wall squat hold.
