CrossFit Games Open WOD 12.4

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:

150 Wall balls (Men 20lb to 10’/Women 14lb to 9′)
90 Double-unders
30 Muscle-ups

This WOD begins with the classic CrossFit workout “Karen” which is 150 wall balls for time.  For the purposes of our WOD today, we will have everyone do Karen- even if you don’t finish in under 12 minutes.
