This is a timed workout. If you complete the round of 15, go on to 18. If you complete 18, go on to 21, etc.

The CrossFit Open begins one month from today.

All this week we will be doing CrossFit Open workouts from previous years.  The CrossFit Open is a five week competition that we will be participating in at CrossFit Hyannis, along with CrossFitters from around the world.  The workouts will be released on Thursday evenings, beginning on February 27th, and we will be doing them “competition-style” each Friday at the gym.  Whether you have officially registered for the Open or not, all members who attend class on Friday will do the workouts and will be judged.  Classes will go in two heats- so you’ll have an opportunity to judge and be judged.  The Open is a great way to push your perceived limits, compare how you do with CrossFitters globally, and most importantly have some fun and be part of the global CrossFit community.  Our hope is that we will have full participation from our members this year!

The Open is for ALL CrossFitters- yes, you too.
