EMOM 12:

Choose two movements that you would like to work on.

-Odd minutes: Movement 1 (reps dependant on movement)

-Even minutes: Movement 2

A “goat” is a movement/skill that you struggle with or would like additional practice on- it can be anything (T2B, C2B, HSPU, ring dips, double unders, etc.)   If you truly want to become better at CrossFit and various movements, it’s important to practice them outside of a WOD.  Your focus today should be on getting good, quality reps of movement in.
