Since there is a row in this WOD and we only have 6 rowers, we will do somewhat of a rolling schedule for the evening classes. Come in anytime between 4:30 and 7:30, warm up, and crush the WOD.

If you are doing the Paleo Challenge please try to get your measurements done by this Sunday, and pay your $10 entry fee  (all the money from the challenge will go back to the winners).  Today’s WOD is one of the two benchmark WODs for the Paleo Challenge- so if you can’t get it done today try to get to open gym this weekend to do it.  The other benchmark WOD is a one rep max back squat- if you did the CrossFit Total last week you can use that number, otherwise we will have you get your 1RM today or this weekend.
