-10 Each KB Upright Row

WOD

With a Partner:
5 Rounds (each)
6 Snatches(115/75)
12 Box Jumps (24/20)
24 Kettlebell Swings (55/35)

One partner works while the other rests.
Partner A does 6 snatches, then Partner B does 6 snatches, then Partner A does 12 Box jumps, then Partner B does 12 and back and forth for 5 rounds each.
