Partner WOD


Today’s WOD will be done with a partner.  One partner will be working while the other is resting.  The following tasks may be completed in any order, but once you begin a task you and your partner must complete all the reps before moving on to the next movement.  The reps below are TOTAL reps to be completed together with your partner.

100 Pushups

100 Squats

100 Step Ups w/ weight overhead (20/10)

100 Push Press (55/35)
