Pre-WOD Test

Max Push Ups in 90 Seconds

Max Sit Ups in 90 Seconds

 

Partner WOD

Partners complete the following – one athlete working at a time.

100 KBS (55/35)

200m MB Run (20/14)

100 Shoulder to Overhead (135/95)

200m MB Run (20/14)

100 Deadlifts (225/155)

200m MB Run (20/14)

*Athletes must switch out weight for DL.

The medball run will be done as a team…both athletes will have their own weight they will carry.  The following exercise cannot be completed until both athletes are back from MB run.

 

Post WOD Test
