5 Rope Climbs

100 Plate Sit Ups (25/15)

50 Push Ups

100 Wall Balls (20/14)

50 Knees to Elbows

100 Double Unders

10 Wall Climbs

– One person works while the other holds KB (35/25) overhead. Ten KB Goblet Squat every time you drop the KB.  Twenty KB Goblet Squat penalty if the KB touches the ground at any point during the WOD.


I can’t thank everyone enough for the hard work, effort, and love put into the “Big Nick” WOD today.  We were blessed to have Nick’s father, Steven Xiarhos, and some of Nick’s friends join us for the workout and share their memories of Nick.  It was a beautiful and powerful day, and I’m honored to have had the opportunity to share it with the CrossFit Hyannis family.
