We are excited to be in the process of making the switch to Wodify for both our member management and also our workout tracking.  We are really thrilled about the switch and hope that our members will enjoy all of the features of the new program.

As we convert over, there are a few things we need you to do and some exciting changes you’ll see at the gym.  If you need any help we are happy to assist you- and would be happy to go through the new technology with you and help you with the below items at the gym if you would like.

If you haven’t already, please do the following as soon as possible:

  1. You should have received an e-mail last week from Wodify.  If you did not please e-mail Katie at with your preferred e-mail and we will get it to you ASAP.
  2. Fill out the electronic waiver form on Wodify (it can be found in the “My Profile” section).
  3. Go into “My Profile” and make sure all of your information is correct (birthday, emergency contact, etc.). Here you can also set your privacy settings, payment info, post a picture of yourself, etc.
  4. All payments through October 31st will still go through The BoxHQ. Starting on November 1st all payments will go through Wodify.  If you are on auto-payment please go into Wodify and enter your payment information (under the “My Profile” section).  It will not get charged until your membership due date in November.  You may still pay with cash or credit card, although it is much easier if athletes are on auto.  If you have any problems with this please let us know.

Starting next week you will sign in to classes when you arrive.  I encourage you to utilize the workout tracking system by adding notes to your workouts, etc.  Remember- tracked numbers grow!  If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to ask!
