Complete as fast as possible:

30 Push Jerk 155/105 lbs
60 Pull Ups

*This can be done in any amount of sets and reps.

 

Starting today there will be a 6:30am class in addition to the 5:30am class.  We will run this for the next two weeks… if people show up, we’ll keep it!

 

Whatever it is you’re doing today, get after it!
