Push Jerk Ladder CINDY!!!


1 Push Jerk (135/95), 1 round of Cindy

2 Push Jerks (135/95), 1 round of Cindy, etc.*

(Cindy = 5 Pull-ups, 10 Push Ups, 15 Squats)

*The athlete will continue up the ladder for as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes.


25 Barbell Roll Outs

This is the last of our Paleo Challenge Benchmark workouts- great job thus far everyone!  Remember we will retest all three of these in a month.  Get after it this month.  Go a million miles an hour, crush WODs and doubts, and have some fun!!!
