Push Press Hell

3 Sets of 3-3-3 Reps with :20 overhead hold between all sets (including after last before racking weight)

-So, do three push press then hold overhead for :20, do 3 reps then hold overhead for :20, do 3 reps then hold overhead for :20.

Rack weight and increase load for next two sets.
