A big thanks to everyone at CrossFit Hyannis for your support in this new endeavor! I’m excited to announce that my book, “GRIND: Greatness Rises In each New Day” is now at the gym and on Amazon and Barnes and Noble.

I wrote this book because I had an idea and a philosophy that has guided me and I believe can truly be beneficial for people at any stage of their life. The GRIND philosophy revolves around the belief that greatness and success are attainable- but only to those willing to show up and put in the work necessary to get there. No matter what you do in life, it’s those who chase down their goals with grit and determination who will ultimately attain success.
