This is the final retest of the Lurong Living Paleo Challenge benchmark WODs.  It has been AMAZING to see people’s progress over the last two months, both those in the challenge and those not participating.  People have been shattering their times from two months ago on these workouts- great job!  With so many things to work on in CrossFit it’s easy to lose sight of the progress you’re making; but YOU ARE MAKING PROGRESS.  Keep up the great work everyone, I couldn’t be prouder.

 CrossFit Hyannis Thanksgiving WOD and Schedule!

Join us Thanksgiving morning at 9:00am for an epic CrossFit Hyannis WOD.  This will be the only class of the day, and it will leave you longing for turkey, pie, football, and an afternoon nap.  Thanksgiving is a time to come together with friends and family and recognize the many things we are grateful for- I look forward to sharing part of the day with my CrossFit Hyannis family that I am so grateful for!  The Friday after Thanksgiving we will be having classes at 10:00am, 4:30, 5:30, and 6:30pm.  The weekend will be our regular schedule.
