Memorial Day is a week from today! This year will mark our 4th year doing the “Murph” workout, followed by a BBQ at CrossFit Hyannis on Memorial Day.  The workout will begin around 9:00am, with BBQ to follow.  If you can- please bring a side to share.

All are welcome to participate- and the workout can be scaled in multiple ways (broken into rounds, half Murph, with a partner, etc.).  We hope to have you join us for this annual tradition to honor a fallen hero and start off another Cape Cod summer!  You do not need to, but if you would like to officially register (and get a t-shirt) you can do that at The Murph Challenge 2015 website!
