This is the last week of the CFHY Winter 2014 Paleo Challenge- congrats to all who have participated and good luck in the final days!  We will retest all three workouts this week, and you have until the close of business on Friday to do your final weigh in and measurements.  The last day of the challenge is Thursday, so food log/points should go through that day.  Don’t forget to add points if you reached your month long goal.  Great job everyone, and remember- this is just the beginning!
